Mrs Cooper was an elderly woman from Will's world. She lived in Winchester and gave Will Parry piano lessons up until he was eleven. She had a daughter who lived in Australia. Mrs Cooper looked after Elaine Parry, Will's mother, for a period of time while Will was away.[1]
